Can I put an item on hold? You can place a 24 hour hold on an item (no deposit necessary). In order to do so, please email or give us a call, and include in your message your name, phone number and a description of the item, including the inventory item number found on the web listing. We will reply as soon as possible during store hours to confirm the item’s availability and the hold. How do your markdowns work? Can I purchase an item today for the next markdown price? Prices are discounted by 10% every 30 days on all items except for jewelry, which is not discounted. The current price on all items is firm, as we are under contract with our consignors to stick to this markdown schedule. Markdown prices do not go into effect until the calendar date of the scheduled markdown. Many of our customers track markdown dates for items they are interested in, so we always suggest that if you love it, buy it, as you never know who else may be watching that item. Do you offer shipping or local delivery? The Consignment Gallery does not currently offer delivery or shipping services. All purchased items must be picked up at our store located at 294 South River Road in Bedford, NH, during store hours. You’re welcome to make your own shipping arrangements or hire a mover to retrieve your purchases if you’d prefer not to pick them up yourself. We are happy to provide recommendations for local third-party moving companies and can provide product measurements in order to determine the approximate dimensional weight for shipping purposes. Please take note of our store hours when arranging a pickup date and time with your moving company. When do I have to pick up my purchases? Customers are welcome to pick up their purchased items anytime during store hours. Items must be picked up within seven days of purchase. Purchased items left beyond the initial seven day period will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee. We recommend that you pick up your purchases as soon as possible. The Consignment Gallery will in no way be held responsible or liable for any damage that may occur between the time the item is purchased and when it is picked up, nor will it be held responsible or liable for any damage that may occur in transit or while items are being loaded or unloaded. What do I need to bring with me when picking up my purchases? Please bring your own help to move and load your purchased item(s). We cannot guarantee that we will have staff available to assist you with this. We do provide rolling carts and sliders for you to use in transporting your items from the sales floor to your vehicle, as well as basic tools for you to disassemble your item if necessary. Remember to bring your own moving blankets, packing materials and rope/tie downs, as we do not provide these items. Our staff are unable to assist with the strapping down and/or securing of your purchase(s) in your vehicle. What is your return policy? All sales are final. Because we are selling items on behalf of our consignors, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. All items are sold as-is. All of our inventory is pre-owned, and as such may not be in like new condition. We do our best to represent condition accurately in item descriptions and photos. To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, we recommend you carefully examine each piece, in person if possible, and verify item measurements before placing your order.
